Cancellation Policy
MOTM Experiences Cancellation Policy Full Refund: You have 48 after upon booking a MOTM Experience to cancel for full refund. Unless you you book within 2 days before the MOTM Experience, then no refunds will be offered since we typically partner with other businesses or entities and must pay for things like art materials, snacks, etc. Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made after 48 Hours of booking your MOTM Experience. Unless you book within 2 days before event, then no refunds will be offered since we typically partner with other businesses or entities and must pay for things like art materials, snacks, etc. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for MOTM Experience bookings or cancellations made within 2 days of the start date of the experience.
